We are extremely proud to announce that we have received The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for accreditation. The Joint Commission is a nonprofit, national organization that offers accreditation to more than 20,000 health care organizations and programs in the U.S. for demonstrating compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety in behavioral health care. Experts from The Joint Commission awarded the accreditation after conducting a detailed survey of our drug treatment center and residence housing facilities. They deemed that our programs meet the state-of-the-art standards required by The Joint Commission. These standards were developed for The Joint Commission in conjunction with behavioral health care experts, providers, measurement experts, individuals served, and their families.

It is an honor to be recognized among other worthy health care companies since it shows how serious we are about helping our clients who are struggling with addiction. We provide support during and after treatment for both our clients and their family members and loved ones through our Aftercare and alumni programs, as well as our Family Night events. We applied for this voluntary accreditation program because The Joint Commission is our nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care, and we feel that the level of care we provide for our clients is in line with the standards of excellence that The Joint Commission accreditation represents.

Founded in 1951, The Joint Commission seeks to continuously improve health care for the public, in collaboration with other stakeholders, by evaluating health care organizations and inspiring them to excel in providing safe and effective care of the highest quality and value. The Joint Commission evaluates and accredits more than 20,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States, including more than 10,600 hospitals and home care organizations, and more than 6,600 other health care organizations that provide long term care, behavioral health care, laboratory and ambulatory care services. An independent, not-for-profit organization, The Joint Commission is the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.
