Cornerstone Recovery Center focuses on a step down approach to recovery treatment. Patients usually begin treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Program and then step down to the IOP, or Intensive Outpatient Program. Once the intensive program is completed, the next step down is to the Outpatient Program (OP), which provides more flexibility for going to work or school, spending time with family and loved ones, and getting back to a normal daily routine. Outpatient clients still keep appointments with their therapists, attend meetings and receive support from the Cornerstone staff while returning to, or learning to live, a self-supporting lifestyle. Once a client is ready to move on from the Outpatient Program, we provide an Aftercare Treatment Program and Relapse Prevention services.
Since no two people are alike, no two recovery programs are alike. Each client helps to customize their plan by working with our staff and choosing from the variety of services we have to offer. The staff at Cornerstone includes the medical director, psychiatrist, physician assistant certified, nurses, licensed mental health counselors, social workers, certified addiction professionals and counselors, certified behavioral health technicians, and certified recovery and family coaches; we all work together to support your journey to become free from addiction. The team will integrate all of our services into a treatment plan that is right for you.
The addiction treatment program can include a variety of services, such as traditional 12 Step Recovery, SMART Recovery®, and holistic treatment options like yoga, nutrition, acupuncture, and massage. Some of our other services include court liaisons and case managers. Our court liaisons are familiar with the court system in the tri-county area and can offer assistance with any legal issues you might be having as a result of addiction. Our case management professionals will help you get back on your feet and seamlessly transition back into living a healthy, happy life. If you need help with finding a job, filling out a resume, managing a budget, shopping for healthy foods, getting government assistance, or applying for school programs, our case managers guide you through the process.
Cornerstone is very family-oriented and we offer support for the whole family because we believe addiction is a family disease. If you or a loved one needs help for alcohol or drug addiction, please contact our admissions counselor today by contacting us online or calling 1-888-711-0354.
