Outpatient Program (OP)
Our outpatient program (OP) includes individual, group, and family counseling. Clients at the OP level of care usually attend are required to attend therapy twice weekly and are working full or part-time and may reside at a sober living facility or at home. Based on client needs as outlined in an individualized treatment plan other services might include relapse prevention, trauma therapy, and employment support services including resume writing. Clients also have access to mental health services, if needed, including symptom management. Life skills training might include managing cravings, impulsivity, and anger.
Since we do not take a one size fits all approach, our mission is to help clients build a recovering identity no matter what their belief system entails. We provide access to
12-Step meetings plus a variety of alternative recovery support groups such as Refuge Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, and SMART® Recovery. We also provide opportunities for therapeutic self-expression in writing, art, and music.
