Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) includes individual, group, and family counseling. Clients are required to attend three hours per session, three times each week. The core feature of our IOP is substance abuse treatment and education such as relapse prevention, increasing motivation for recovery, and strategies for a successful recovery. Life skills training might include managing cravings, impulsivity, and anger. Our IOP can include employment support services including resume writing.
Clients will have access to mental health services, if needed, including symptom management. Clients at the IOP level of care typically work full or part-time and may reside at a sober living facility or at home. That’s why we offer the most flexible IOP anywhere. We empower clients by allowing them to customize their IOP to fit their schedule. This is particularly helpful for clients that work at night. We also offer IOP on Saturday during the day or evening too! Day Treatment might be appropriate for clients living locally at home or in a Sober Living facility.
Since we do not take a one size fits all approach, our mission is to help clients build a recovering identity no matter what their belief system entails. We provide access to
12-Step meetings plus a variety of alternative recovery support groups such as Refuge Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, and SMART® Recovery. We also provide opportunities for therapeutic self-expression in writing, art, and music.
